2010 Mercedes Benz E-Class - What is this design?

Wow - I am baffled. Check out the looks of the 2010 Mercedes Benz E-Class as compared to the predecessor. I guess we are going back to square and conservative. The front design is acceptable but the quarter panel and rear are just thick and not appealing. With the tail light looking similar to the 2009 Mitsubishi Galant. Versus the all time sexy 2009 W211 Mercedes Benz E-Class





The E-Class arrives at the US this summer. Two versions will initially be available: E350, which is powered by the 268hp V-6, and the E550, which has the 382hp V-8 under the hood. Both will be available in Sport or Luxury trim. All-wheel drive 4MATIC versions, and the storming E63 arrive later in the year, and the 50-state legal E350 BlueTEC diesel model makes its U.S. debut in early 2010.

My take. I still like the C-Class better or test drive the all new 2010 Buick LaCrosse.
