
When we think about Buick, we are referring to the boring American sedan driven by only people in the middle part of the USA. GM and some people realized that Buick is the Gold Standard brand and image (similar to Lexus) in China. GM capitalizes on this opportunity and share the platform and design for future Buick with Opel (Its successful mid tier Brand in Europe). As a result, we have the Insignia which is the new Lacrosse for the US market. I have high hopes for GM and they need that level of confidence to get their reputation back as well as return to profitability in this challenging global Automotive world.
